At least they are fully invested ..

But where is the 94% now? and where will it go when they close their current positions?

Just give us Bandwidth! Lots and Lots of Bandwidth! Wireless Bandwidth even ... And Fabs and Boards to produce more bandwidth !!! For the Web Sites! Yeah .. that's the ticket .. for the Web Sites and the Visitors. ggggg

I'm sure the polls will show the demand for bandwidth is not negligible. Another Wave of software could confirm it.

Mutual funds have about 6% cash on hand. That doesn't sound like fuel for a rally. Redemptions could reduce that pretty quickly.
