He agreed to a full hand count of ALL counties in FLorida and Bush refused............don't you wonder why? Agreeing to a full hand count would give legitimacy to Gore's allegations and undermine Bush's allegations of Gore trying to steal the election. Why is Bush so afraid of counting all ballots? Why can't a third non=partisan group do the counting? Gore fully believes that more people voted for him than Bush and I believe that also. Bush's win is a sham.
