Rruff: Sorry it took so long to get back to you, but I've got a brother in town visiting so I've had to rearrange priorities (I played tourist guide through NYC this afternoon). Anyway.....I started the day off saying..."Yeeesh!" And it looks like I'm going to end the day on the same note....."YEESH!"

They say consistent performance by the market with regard to a equity is certain proof that it knows something others don't. I'd say the past 10 consecutive down days was telegraphing knowledge of S&P's release. 'Course....it's based on their knowledge of the facts, which are more than enough to form an "objective" opinion. But at the same time there's no allowing for MCOM's sugar daddies.

However, in THAT arena it's a subjective call. So S&P has done right by the investment community to call future financing needs into question. Now I'm curious what MCOM management is going to do about it. Combating this PR that is. Meanwhile, my intra-day profits exceed my losses by my targeted percentages, so given the S&P news and how it's just bound to keep MCOM's equity feet nailed to the floor for a time....well....guess I'll go back to monitoring it for future possibilities....

Regards!

John~
