I'm having second thoughts on joining your call for a recount.

I want to amend my list of requirements to read.

As long as it is the entire state, excepting those counties where ballot instructions are clear on inspecting your ballot for loose chads.

We have to have some standard for personal responsibility.

Do you want him to live in a country where un-elected lawyers and judges pick our presidents?

While I've heard or seen several variations of that phrase, I'm not quite sure why I haven't seen anyone point out that it is a non sequitor.
