Yes, Gusenberg doesn't seem like a coward! I hope to avoid such a fate. Then again, it was my own misjudgment about the marketing skills and preparedness of Globalstar and service providers to understand and change and think and get a new Plan, so I have to say, at this stage, "Nobody shot me" in relation to Globalstar.

They blundered onto the battlefield and like a fool, I joined in without waiting to see if they would change strategy when they realized that what was obviously a bad plan would not work. They have never surrendered on THE PLAN. I gave them more credit than was due. So, as I stagger wounded on the Globalstar battlefield, with lawyers gathering around, I don't think anybody shot me. I still have hope that Vodafone and Globalstar will figure out the right strategy as they survey the carnage about them and see that their plan is not working.
