Charles B. Kramer...

I enjoyed reading your posts on the INVT thread at RB. Sadly, your thoughts were buried beneath the irrelevant noise on the thread from hell. Keep trying though...

The lawsuit was more of a cynical PR and intimidation move than I thought possible.

Yes indeed. Amazing how a SLAPP suit will shut people up.

I hope the suit didn't inconvenience you too much.

Not really. Although I did find it odd(still do) that INVT decided to include me in the lawsuit. If you look at my profile on RB, you will notice that I only made about 50 posts in total to the INVT thread(50 posts out of 100,000 posts). Notice also, that my last post to the INVT thread was in December of 1999. Also note that my posts were centered on pointing out irregularities with INVT's filings. IMO, they are still littered with red flags. Although I must admit that going through the lawsuit would have been interesting. Had INVT proceeded, I would have expanded the discovery process to reveal the following unsolved mysteries for INVT:

1. Who are the players involved with the offshore trusts.
2. Where did the 5 million in private placements come from and why did INVT immediately give it away to an unknown company.
3. Who are the players involved with the OMNIGON deal.
3. Who the alleged $30 million dollar contract is with.
4. What is the full count and origin of shares in the float.
5. The identity of the main touts on the RB board and their relationship(if any) with INVT.

You get the idea...

Congrats on your victory!

Thanks and take care,

Diz-
