Well, that's for the candidates. I would imagine it would include things such as consultation on appointments (not necessarily a veto, but close). It could be a cabinet position, that's not frequently done in the U.S. but is a common arrangement in other countries.

Yes. He got almost as many as Gore. So why does he so adamantly oppose a recount? Perhaps he knows who REALLY is stealing the election?
