I didn't say I believed it, but it is a theory... just as wild as some of the assertions that he had made in his post.

But as a matter of fact, I don't think it is THAT far fetched (in the grand sheme of wild theories). If you look at the design of the arc, one could make a case for it, given the shape and the materials used.

I, for one, do not believe that bible stories are true but I do think they have roots in factual events. I find it interesting to research the possibilities that could have given rise to the biblical stories of our day. One of the more interesting ones is the the story behind Noah and the Great Flood (i will try to find the site).

I certainly think it is plausible to try to find real life explanations rather than attributing these things to an invisible entity in the sky, JMHO.
