The rule of law prevails in this country despite the best efforts of the Clinton/Gore administration to undermine that bedrock priciple. Action by either the USSC or the FL legislature which is vested under the US Consitution with sole authority to determine how the electors are appointed will ensure the required legitimacy for all rational citizens. Reckless partisans will not be persuaded but their opinion is of little consequence in the grand scheme of things.
