Mary, <I'm trying to gauge percentage in unit terms versus percentage in revenue share. I'm not sure it is the same thing. I'm pretty sure unit share is higher than revenue share. Have any ideas?>

When I said, "AMD is currently at 16% or so," I meant units, not revenue. I'll bet AMD's percent share of revenue is significantly less.

Mary,
Re : "I'm trying to gauge percentage in unit terms versus percentage in revenue share. I'm not sure it is the same thing. I'm pretty sure unit share is higher than revenue share. Have any ideas?"

here's a swag :

Unit share : ~17.5% (AMD) ~82.5% (Intel)
ASPs : ~$90 (AMD) ~$180 (Intel)
Revenue (unit x ASP) 9.6% (AMD) 90.4% (Intel)
