If mini-me hadn't unleased his talking head hacks in an attempt to smear the reputation of the judiciary this case would have never been granted cert. Bush stands next to ZERO chance of winning. My guess is 9-0 in against petitioner.

President Bush doesn't even have anything before the court as far as I know. His son does. If you are saying that the old man is who is running things I understand but my view is that it is Baker who is the boss.

I wonder if Baker even tells Bush Jr everything that is going on.
