EFNT will be presenting at the CSFB "Annual Technology Conference" in Scottsdale, AZ today at about 4:00 Mtn Std Time.

Without a doubt, the markets will get some clarification from management at this conference as to whether today's stock performance was completely irrational.

Per Regulation FD, the company has probably been going to great lengths to make sure disclosures are uniform across the board. For that reason, it is unlikely that institutional investors and analysts have had any more information from the company than retail investors have had to cause today's selling.

At the last earnings conference call, they (Mark or Jill) mentioned they would be adhering to Reg FD when it went into effect last month.

The last time EFNT was inappropriately punished by news of the SBC summer slowdown, Mark Floyd spoke on a Frost Securites conference call (August 10th) which was reassuring.

A positive press release from EFNT would also be reassuring at this time because the stock is at an all-time low today, yet EFNT is a far more substantial company than it was when it went public.

The current share price doesn't factor all the strategic partnerships, recent profitability, and key technological developments over the last year. Amazing.
