consistency Bush lost, he's just keeping it a secret. What Bush has done is get on TV a few times and try to tell people he's the winner. Nobody believes him. He's the Pat Paulson of our age, the Rodney Dangerfield of the Republican party. His has to ask his Dad's golfing buddies for permission to leave the ranch. The kicker is they won't let him go anywhere, they have him on a leash while his dog runs ahead. He won't even know if he won or lost until he reads the teleprompter. TP
