The intent of the shopper is, again, not important. Take the shopper out the analogy all together and it still works, although then there isn't a Bush to steal it, LOL.

Also, any ballot on which a voter's intent is discernable shows the voters intent, contrary to your position.

You guys must have flunked the verbal portion of your SATs.
