While this is LONG overdue, I'm glad they're finally taking a look at this. There's no question in my mind that not only does it happen, but that it's pervasive throughout the industry.

I'm also quite happy that they chose to announce the investigation THE DAY BEFORE THE END OF THE MONTH!!<GGG$$$>
