Join the club Jerome. He provides much to this thread so I dont want him to go to Yahoo but he often behaves poorly. He will put you on ignore and continue to trash you both publicly and privately. He will even report you to SI. Been there done that. By the way I disagree with you politically over the presidential recounts, but I agree with your analysis of the Florida Secy of State. As a political junkie I believe that even in politics there are rules and especially in a presidential election after an official recount, one must concede. I actually voted for Gore at the last minute being concerned about "W"'s IQ but what Gore is doing now makes me regret that vote. Dumb is better than unsavory. His advisors and a cooperative congress should get us thru 4 years with frat boy. Jerome, Give up already. The vote is within the margin of error so neither really won or lost--all that matters is that there was no fraud and a fair count under existing rules. That is my take.

Jerome, No need to get personal Brian LOL! Please direct me to where I got personal. I have absolutely nothing to apologize for. I did not call him any names; in fact he was the one name-calling in his post. I merely stated that he went over the line with HIS attack on a duly elected official doing their stated job. How is rendering a polite opinion somehow "getting personal?" An apology would be in order. I am sorry; sorry that you are so thin-skinned and sorry that Cary lowers the quality of discourse with his malicious attacks.
