Gateway chairman will be on Cnbc tomorrow to answer up. I heard something about slower than expected Thanksgiving holiday sales. Perhaps folks were too busy with the election debacle and turkey.

You may get your -120..if you do it'll be at the open and then the buyers come in. Seems unnoticed tonight but Brocade guided 2001 estimates $155 million higher. And the split fwiw.

FREEUS,

>>>>So I don't think it's too late to short.
But I won't because I know that the people who have written me are MUCH more experienced and wiser than I am.<<<<

You are far too stupid to short shocks or buy puts or write calls, let alone trade stocks.
Sheep look at you and say this woman is certainly is at the back of the flock. The herd moves and then eventually, much later, you move.

You are waiting until now to short?!#!!

I've followed a few of your posts and can see that it is apparent that you are clueless!
The only sheep that comes close to your idiotic remarks is KG4.

The two of you announce your stupid moves to the world and then cry about them as you watch the ticker brings you lower.
Apparently you made some money during the easy period and think that it will always be that simple. It isn't!!!!
Stupid people like the two of you should diversify you dwindling capital into some mutual funds and then go graze in the grass. Let someone else who is less compulsive, do the buying and selling for you.
Or go buy something safe, and then shut your eyes for 5 years. Go find a Gorilla Candidate and sit back and wait.

Diversify yourself,,,
Quit worrying,,,
Stop showing your level of stupidity by writing less often,,,
Grow some balls,,,
OR RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN AWAY FROM THIS MARKET!!!!!!!!

someone else will warn and the same thing will happen

The drill seems to be that we get an after-hours warning followed by a sell-off the following morning followed by a recovery in the afternoon. This happens over and over until the actual earnings reports begin and most of those are positive, and the net effect over an extended time period is a higher market. But, of course, there's nearly always something in the air that makes us fearful that it will be different this time, and that's when it's helpful to listen to Voltaire and other wise voices of reason on SI and elsewhere.
