A Great Decision

My sister recently moved to a new area and I recommended that she rent for a year or two rather than buy at this time. She is my sister though, and patience isn't always one of our strengths, so she went ahead and bought a house at what I imagine will be a price that she is unlikely to be able to get on resale for a number of years.

So will I. Real estate prices around the bay area are downright ridicolous.I expect this to change fairly quick.
