No so for Bush.

Did you mean to say that there are no witnesses to Bush's drug use or that Bush was able to get enough drugs....?

Bill--no one denies Gore used marijuana...everyone did.
There were witnesses to W's drug use, but just like his alcoholism, he denies it.
