I didn't respond in a timely fashion to your e-mails because of problems with @Home service. Anyway, please accept my apology for publicly inferring that you were "masquerading".

I guess I could be rude and say:

"That's a weak and late, at best, public apology considering the things you said about me both in public as well as in private on this board and others."

Instead of saying that, I'll just suck up and say apology accepted. Why? You can either take that at face value based on my character or you can attribute it to holiday spirit. Yet, in the future, if you read posts of mine that might have notes from a conference call, fundamental analysis of balance sheets and income statements or any sort of comments about a company - it's because I'm an investor and simply trying to share thoughts on my investments in threads such as these. That work always continues in spite of market direction, economic climate and investor sentiment. Whether that is at Nasdaq 700, Nasdaq 1500, Nasdaq 2500, Nasdaq 5000 or another level. I will continue to study my investments.

I hope you didn't discount my warnings based on my erroneous assumptions regarding you personally.

I'm quite capable of crossing the street after looking both ways. Yet, when such 'erroneous assumptions' are said about me - believe me - the discounting mechanism naturally is set at levels I assume even you would have difficulty understanding.

BB

Ericsson , Juniper form joint venture

STOCKHOLM, Nov 30 (Reuters) - Swedish telecoms equipment maker Ericsson said on Thursday it and U.S. telecoms
infrastructure provider Juniper (NasdaqNM:JNPR - news) would form a joint venture to deliver mobile Internet routing products.

The technology, which helps bridge the gap between voice and data transmission systems, will be sold to Internet service providers and
mobile operators building next-generation mobile telecommunications networks, the companies said in a statement.

``By joining these powers we are able to meet the growing demand for IP routing for third-generation networks,'' Ericsson President Kurt Hellstrom said in the
statement.

The companies said they expected to sign a definitive agreement in the first quarter of 2001.
