LoB, you've been around this thread quite a bit. You may recall my November 4th call on this thread that there'd be an election day surge for Gore. I called it right also. And I'm tellin' yers right now Gore ain't gonna concede nothun' 'til he gets a fair and full hand count from the counties he specified for recount according to Florida's election laws. Only a ruling by the courts will 'cause him to act otherwise.
