There is no way any MSO will remain exclusive. They can't, either the DOJ or the FCC will see to that.

That should have been known from the first day anyone invested in this stock.

The question remains. What is "getting access"? How will it be accomplished? Agreeing to trial OA with one ISP doesn't mean squat. Comcast hasn't jumped ship. They've agreed to explore how freight will be hauled to another port using Comcast ships built, captained and maintained by ATHM.
Excite is the cannonballs being used for ballast even though the ship requires no ballast and Bell is Gilligan.
