Things here are fine. Weather in this area has been fine for the most part.

Had a quite a storm early morning of thanksgiving. Was half awake at 3 AM when I heard a roar of wind,(probably in the 80 MPH range) the house shook and I could hear metal ripping and tearing apart. I was sick as I thought it was my roof coming off. Wife was about fit to be tied. (grinning now, not then though)I got dressed and went out side to see what had happened. Looked up on the west side of my house and everything was intact. I then looked down along the side of my house and found my neighbors roof lying against the side of my house. To shorten this considerably I ended up with almost no damage, the roof 60' X 18' covered all four windows on the first floor of the house, the oil tank and propane tank and did not break or damage any of them. Truely amazing. My neighbor did not end up having it as bad as it may seem. In the area I live in it is common to put a second roof over trailers for additional protection from the wind and rain and this is what came off. The original roof only sustained a little damage which with the help of the VFD we were able to get back in place and secure for the night to prevent any significant water damage. Certainly could have been much worse for both of us.

The check this year was a little over $1950.00 per person. Mine and my wifes made a nice down on her first NEW car. She is happy!

I must say I admire your calls and how quick you are on your feet. Been a bit disappointing for me lately. Several rats I hold have had from very good to great news and still do nothing so I continue to hold. They will come around in time.

Been out on the water some but really looking for spring. Lot of whales around now. See them from the house quite often and thats cool.
