Capitulation will come when we get capitulation in every hyper inflated tech sector. We are close. We got it in the semis which now trade at reasonable fundamental levels. We got it in the telecoms. We got it in the PC box companies. We are getting it in the fiber-optic networkers and the fuel cell companies and are starting to see it in the biotechs. I think the biotechs may be the last sector that needs to be flushed out before we get to a final "market" capitulation. Money has been playing a sector rotation shell game running from one hot sector to another. There has yet to be a capitulation in the overall market psychology imo. Maybe it will coincide with NASDAQ 2350.
