90% of blacks would disagree they have been taken advantage of. If you're black then maybe you can rebut that. Otherwise don't presume to speak for them or criticize them. They're very concerned voters. They have reason to be. They have a lot to lose after 8 years of low unemployment and prosperity, while many of us white boys don't. And don't forget many blacks find a leg up working for the government. Small government means cutting those jobs. They know they'll be the first to be unemployed if Bush and the GOP have their way. Union workers too. They know who puts money behind Bush. The anti-union industry honchos. Only the military is safe though they pay little. The military is now about 50% minorities. Maybe even more.
Don't expect all of them to be loyal republicans. The myth of the patriotic white warrior is a thing of the past. My friend recently covered a marine training event and was shocked to find 3/4 of them of them Hispanic or black. The new recruits. The future.

Beware Bush if he wins and lays off millions of federal workers and tries to bust unions. There will be hell to pay.
