Tastes Like: "Boies screwed up" Not only did he screw up, but then he insults the court by filing immediatly with the FL supreme court appealing, wanting a count to begin NOW! I have spent a good deal of the last 30 years in court and one thing you do not want to do is insult the court....you do not ask the court to do something, get a difinitive answer to that request and then within minutes file an appeal. That tells the court that you had no faith in it or your arguement to begin with. Not a good move, not if you want something from that court in the future. Has anyone else noted that in the contstant, droning mantra of Mr. Gore "we must count all of the votes", he has not once mentioned the votes of our military people? I made $700.00 today trading...70.00 went to the Rep. transition fund....anybody else?????? Ken
