I agree with you about the absentee mess being something that the republican party would be railing over if the roles were reversed. It is so much worse than some of the things they thought was so important when they were saying all laws must be observed that it is hard to compare them. But what will the judge rule?

For example they would be showing us things like the following.

The above does not necessarily mean that that is what I am saying is the present law, it was taken from the following page which contains a lot of stuff which is law and stuff which has been objected to by the Justice department.
