Actually I was quite aware that you did not have to be able to read in order to vote. 2% of Americans are supposed to be illiterate. Funny, something like 2% of the ballots got goofed up.

But I suppose the thing that bugs me is if they can't read, who taught em how to spell Pat Buchannan?
