Ahhh, got it, thanks...I was amazed too that Boies continued to use the Illinois argument, even tho it was in error....I don't know about Sanders...he seems to go at his own pace but it is clear to me who rules that courtroom!!, as Boies learned today

More importantly, Bois, by his action, impressed upon the judge that time was of the essence. Whether the judge heeds this or not is another matter. I like the judge. He seems like a jolly good guy. I only hope he rules as well as his sense of humor.

OK so Al Gore said he won by 9 votes. Now that we know the final number from Palm Beach was 188 for Gore, shouldn't that put him under the number he was claiming eariler. Along with his "fuzzy math" in Miami-Dade.
