Ah yes, we tried to make a list the other week of all the things that were going to prompt a rally that have failed in the last 3 months. Yes, AG changing bias and/or cutting is the latest bull prayer. It will not matter what AG does. Yes, it would prompt a rally, but this will be noise in the larger signal -- noise that will trap many permabells such as yourself. History does not repeat, but it rhymes well enough to tell us that when this sort of madness begins to unwind, it is beyond the tinkering of treasuries and governments.
