Mostly OT, I just love your name calling. Paints as good a picture as possible about the kind of cretin you are. By the way oh great understander of corporate finance, why would Allen throw good money after bad? Why not just let this thing slide into bankruptcy, screwing all the retail fish like you and then buy the assets? Even if he does put money in you think he's going to want the same kind of paper as you? Uhhh, nooo. He'll be cutting in line in front of you again, and you'll foolishly try to spin it as a good thing.
