Eplace, Re: The new SEC disclosure regulations require that we make the same information available to everyone at the same time. Stupid answer from Toni IMO. They can reiterate guidance as often as they want and don't need to issue a press release every time (e.g. they reiterated guidance at the analyst conference, and there wasn't any PR). With comments like this she makes the situation only worse IMO -- you could suspect that she has something to "hide" (of course she probably hasn't but you could get the impression from her statement).
