We'll if you can't join the Boy Scouts, one could always join a street gang. The city has been easing up on them as of late. There are probably just as many gangs in Los Angeles as there are Boy Scout Troops anyway. Bye the way, Los Angeles has for some unknown reason has been experiencing a large increase murders and other violent crimes, heard the Police chief talk about it on the radio today.
