Jeremiah 14:14 Then the LORD said to me, "The prophets are prophesying lies in my name. I have not sent them or appointed them or spoken to them. They are prophesying to you false visions, divinations, idolatries and the delusions of their own minds.

In your post you are expressing more opinion. Believe it. Cherish it. But for pity sake give the rest of us a break on the sanctimonious pontifications. Christians don't agree on what Jesus said or did. Lots of opinions. Very scant facts.

I know plenty that Jesus never talked about and I can assure you much of it is useful. Did Jesus ever talk about faults and that you shouldn't build hospitals on them? What does the bible say about immunization? Or Boolean logic? Or physics? Common sense would say that there is plenty to know that doesn't come from the bible. And it is good.

And they would say the same about you. Interesting old world isn't it?

Most likely scenario when millions of people disagree fundamentally? Everyone is wrong and nothing is as anyone believes is is. I guess in that instance people who are agnostic end up the winners.
