rruff, you are one of the thickest headed cretins i've ever run across.
Do you think this is the only company Paul Allen is invested in? Do you really think this little turd canister matters in the big scheme to him, or to WCOM? It doesn't. He invests in hundreds of companies at all different levels.
Do you think he's looking for all winners? Sorry, there's been much made of his shotgun investment style. He misses a ton, but he has so many pellets that he hits a few.
So should he go in and bail out everything he invested in that turns out to not be profitable? Is he bailing out Beyond.com? Don't think so. If MCOM isn't on the road to profitibilty, and so far there's no sign of that, then why would he throw good money after bad? You see, most investors aren't like you. They place a bet, they get proved wrong. They accept it and move on. They don't dream up all kind of stuff about shorters, call names and throw hissy fits, and continue to buy all the way down, most cut their losses and move on. Aaaaanddd, if a real investor has a chance to pay millions today and get a small percentage of a company with debt, or let it go BK and then buy it for even less without the debt, which do you think they do? It's a beautiful thing, they get to rid the company of all the pesky retail fish like you along with the debt.

Now rrufff, as for ISLD, why don't you wakey wakey and look at a chart. After I said I was buying at $6.50 I do believe it traded over $8. Of course you know I didn't sell because well I didn't post it right? Hate to disappoint you rruff, but I have about 20-25 different positions and I doubt you know any of em, cuz I usually don't post em, cuz it's none of anyone's business least of all lil never get's it's like you. I will tell ya that while you're getting all bloody lopping off fingers and what not running around catching falling knives, my biggest acct. is up about 7% since that ISLD buy, even though I have longs and shorts and lots and lots of cash waiting for a real bounce.
Keep on keepin on rrufff, the world would be a little more boring without blowsofts like you.
