Hi Jim,

Thanks for retrieving Hatim's definition of wideband.

Traditionally narrowband was less than T-1, and broadband was faster than T-1, and wideband was less well defined. I worked on wideband (s-band) satellite relay systems in the 1960s and 1970s (Satellite Data System) that went up to 2Mbps. Maybe Frank has a contemporary definition of terrestrial wideband?

As you note, the Internet and time are changing usage(G.lite is broadband?).
