Share options are discussed throughout Europe.
And I don't know if we should follow the US example:
paying employees with share options (printing schmoo money) comes at the expense of the shareholder (dilutive increase in shares outstanding, in fact reaching in the shareholders wallet).
Stock option plans reach unsustainable levels and do not appear in companies earnings, although they are expenses.

FMO...ooops! will have a look at some filings. This one is not a new-newer-economy though?

I will only look to go long (tech)...
