Neo, I guess I was just born a hundred years too late. Some of the advancements you mentioned are needed, of course, but the urban sprawl is exacerbated around here by the building of apartments and condos. These are being built in once rural areas, while vacant housing could be renovated and resold. That is beginning to happen out of necessity, but a lot of the damage is already done. God ain't makin any more real estate, so all it can do is go down hill from here. Too many people living too close together to suit me but, I must admit that I am different from a lot of others. ~;=;o --haqi
