Mr. jttmab, It is moot to point out "errors in the article" when the author is intellectually dishonest and his premise is fundamentally flawed. The FL SC usurped all authority on the timing of the certification and thus the time left for a contest. SOS had nothing to do with it. Bush's certification after 19 days increases his status as President Elect rather than decreases it, as the uninformed ("electorial college") and partisan court erroneously gambled that Gore would mine enough votes for a lead. Gore's challenge is now hurting the country. Bill
