I love how Boies reinterprets the literal word of these judges in Florida. Even if I was a Democratic Judge, that would piss me off. He then goes on to flat out lie about the "Illinois Dimple Case" - which he has totally been busted for lying to the Florida Sup. Ct. about. Fox news has just characterized Boies as "desperate."

Selectic: You old IBM typewriter you!! LOL Do you think the judge will throw the book at Boises after Boises tries one more time to go over his head. I can see how he was able to tie MSFT in knots. I believe the Judge restated yesterday that the counting, IF needed, would NOT start till Sat. I love this theatre. The only problem I have is that I did not design my office to include a tv but will take care of that with my new condo. Syncie
