JW: So if Green Eggs & Ham lowers, you think the long bond rate rises. So how would that happen? Maybe the blue bloods take money out of their coupon clipping funds and go to equities. My point is that the insistence by investors, and laypeople that Greenbucket reduce is not based on anything other than greed. Short rates are up maybe a point as compared with last year, in other words the cost to borrow/fund capital is relatively unchanged so how is that bad. How does 1% increase in borrowing cost change a company's view of a return on investment. Seems like only the marginal investments get whacked i.e Dot Commies.
