World Associates, Inc (WAIV) is splitting 4:1 on Friday (for shareholders in as of today). They're doing it because they want a lower price to attract new shareholder interest and because liquidity is too low with the current tight float. They don't feel they'll have any problem getting the stock price back up. One of the top guys is David R. Scott, Commander of Apollo 15.
