well, then i think they go by what they feel the intent of the truck was.... you know, whether it really meant to break down, or if in fact it wanted to keep on truckin'.

what is it, a 450 mile trip, estimated to take 8 hours? good thing no one is in a hurry around here. had they considered placing the ballots on a covered wagon, fer cryin' out loud? little ballots on the prairie? maybe they could have mailed them! jeez, do they have airplanes in florida?
