Losing the US Supreme Court case doesn't mean Bush loses the election. If it did, however, I would abide by that. If it has to be decided in court, I would prefer that the election be decided in the US Supreme Court vs. Congress.

No, I do not believe the U.S. Supreme Court is biased toward Al Gore.
