Compaq Computer Corp. (NYSE: CPQ chart, msgs) and the Walt Disney Internet Group (NYSE: DIG chart, msgs) today announced a three-year agreement naming Compaq as the preferred technology provider to the Walt Disney Internet Group and partner in delivering the Disney "magic" online.
