Can you imagine on the next meeting if he says, I sorry I still see inflation looming, I will continue to raise rates until I see some proof that people r out of jobs, homes not selling, Etc. Does anybody know when the rates were around 16% in Carters time what was the cataylst to lower the rates, and why did they raise them that high. Personally I wouldnt mind take all my money, no risk and get 16 or 17% Hg48
