Lehman reiterates BUY on CIEN: CIENA Corp(CIEN) 1 - Buy CIEN shares have declined by approximately 25% in the last two days as concerns over the financial situation of GTS was re-hashed and an old story about another vendor getting the second supply position at Sprint re-emerged.
