That Insana guy on CNBC is pretty smart. But must of the stuff that they put on as analysis is junk. All year they have said "there is money on the sidelines" and it will be in the market anyday now. But they've been saying this ever since April. There is always another event that will put this money into use. Everyone coming back from labor day, October Earnings, Thanksgiving. When it doesn't happen they say the next event will bring it.
