"how many people will have been wiped out " This morning I got down on my knees and thanked God I was not using margin this November. This downturn will pass, but for traders using margin, November 2000 has been the end of the world.

COUNT THE BALLOTS COUNT THE MONEY !!! Forget any programs now. Prescription drugs forget it. A wealthy nation can be a generous one. I heard a women crying on the radio last night. She has been wiped out by the market crash. Think of how many people sent in money to the government in estimated taxes based on market gains. They will be getting refunds. Social security based on booming projections forget it. The lack of a rational energy policy has destroyed the gains made. Clinton will leave office and his economy will have disappeared before his very eyes.
