<K. Phillips, how do you know that there are votes for
Gore???? You state it as if it were a certainty.>

HH -

I think kenny is following the standard set in Broward County where, apparently, all disputed ballots were votes for albert.

Now, when you factor in the fact that albert picked up those extra votes, the result was the same as the first two recounts and the first count.

Gore lost. Therefore, he needs to pack his sh*t.

If a dimple is a vote, all 6 million FL ballots would need to be inspected for overvotes caused by a combination of a dimple with a punch through.

I don't know there are Gore votes in those disputed ballots but I suspect it on the basis of the ballots that were examined. I think the contest judge is also contributing to delay.
